MODEL 2004 VENDING CART

With it's unique 18 gauge fully seamless working surface, the Food Vending Cart Model 2004 offers much more flat accessible working area than other carts.

As any vendor that's been in the business for a while will tell you, when you don't have a large working space, you won't be able to handle the volume required with large crowds.

4 or 5 Heated Pans will give you the ability to serve more than 150 dogs in just ONE hour.

The 2004 model's standard soft food storage area with sliding plexi-glass doors offers more storage than other carts.

The built in Fully Insulated Soda Bin holds up to 100 cans of ice cold soda.

The seamless 18 gauge working surface is constructed with laser cut and fully rolled edges.

BASIC INFORMATION

Dual Stage Propane Regulators
18 gauge first quality stainless steel on working surfaces, rolled edges for a seamless top working area. (most of our competitors still use a cheaper, thinner 22-24 gauge metal or composite surface)
Hot and Cold water hand sink standard on every cart. Additional sinks available.
Burners are specifically designed for use on commercial vending carts. Cast iron construction. Individual controls. (We do not use gas grill type burners)
Gas Supply lines are 100% Copper. (No black rubber hose)
All components of the water supply system are approved for potable water.
Waste tank is 15% larger in capacity than the fresh water supply.
1 year limited parts and labor warranty is standard.

LISTED BELOW ARE THE EXACT SPECIFICATIONS FOR OUR MODEL 2004 CART.
Water System:	Gravity fed vented system: A five gallon fresh water holding tank is mounted above the soft food storage area on the front of the cart. The water supply tank is approved for potable water and comes with a vented fill cover. The water is delivered from the holding tank to the sink using tubing that is approved for use in potable water systems..
Waste Water Tank:	The waste water tank meets the requirement placed by most health departments of being at least 15% larger than the fresh water supply tank. the waste water tank is removable for efficient dumping and cleaning.
Hot Water Supply:	On Demand System: The hot water for the and sink is heated by direct transfer in the propane burner area of the cart. This system supplies on demand hot water by heating the water as it passes through a direct flame in the transfer area.
Gas Supply System:	Bottled Propane: The propane is stored in a standard 20lb propane tank. Gas is supplied to the burner area using copper tubing. A dual stage propane regulator is mounted on the outside of the cart before the lines pass into the cart.
Burner System: (standard cart)	The burners are made of cast iron, contain no dangerous pilots and are specifically designed for use on hot dog vending carts. Two individually controlled burners are supplied with the standard model 2000. A galvanized protective firebox is built around the burner area.
