By filling out the following form you are reserving a cart(s) to be shipped to the address you supply. This reservation will hold a vending cart(s) for a period of 7 days. Once you have completed this form a representative of Food Vending Carts will personally contact you to verify the details of your order. Once a payment has been received by Food Vending Carts the cart will be released from the factory and shipped to your specified location.
