Side Mounted Half BBQ Grill

This is a propane powered grill that is securely fastened onto the side of the cart.  Choosing this option allows you to keep all of the standard pans.

Half BBQ Grill
An open flame grill that will be built directly into the cooking area of the cart.  By choosing this option you will lose one large pan from the standard set-up.

Griddle
A flat surface griddle that comes complete with a grease trap.  This unit is built directly into the cooking area.  You will lose all standard pans from the original set-up.

Mini Deep Fryer (one basket) This is a built in unit.  You will lose one large pan from the standard set-up. Full Deep Fryer (two baskets) This is a built in unit.  You will lose all pans from the standard set-up.

3 Additional Hand Sinks This will give you a total of four hot and cold water hand sinks.

4 or 5 pan set ups come with 6 Inch Deep Pans
